Building systems that turn user acquisition into sustainable business value. From creating end-to-end user journeys to sheparding 0 to 1 machine learning-driven yield optimization in consumer tech.
My career has a consistent pattern: using data to understand individual behavior at scale, then building operational systems to act on those insights. The domain has shifted over time, but the core work remains the same.
It started on political campaigns, where I managed voter files, designed targeting models, and built the data infrastructure that powered field operations across hundreds of races. When pollsters needed to survey a congressional district with newly drawn boundaries, I hand-coded those boundaries at the household level because the existing tools couldn't do it.
That same instinct carried into consumer tech. At Prodege, I didn't just run user acquisition. I owned the full new-user value equation: the channels that brought people in, the onboarding product that converted them, and the experimentation framework that optimized lifetime value. When the company needed someone to lead its highest-priority strategic initiative, I scaled the gaming business from zero to $12M/month revenue.
Today, I'm overseeing ML model development for yield optimization, building systems that personalize offers, pricing, and rewards in real time. The technical stack has evolved, but the work is fundamentally the same: find the leverage point, go deep, and move it.
"We are the places we have known" – Marcel Proust
Led cross-functional strategic initiative as de facto GM, coordinating product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, legal, and compliance. Scaled from zero to 40% of company revenue, requiring complete infrastructure overhaul and CX redesign.
Now overseeing data science, ML engineering, and product teams building personalized offer ranking, rewards, and pricing models. Deployed five ranking models with cumulative 23% lift in gaming revenue per user.
Led international team across UA, organic growth, design, and product marketing. Owned onboarding product experience and built experimentation framework balancing competing KPIs across monetization, retention, and advertiser satisfaction.
State Data Director for Illinois Democrats. Targeting Director for Rahm Emanuel's mayoral campaign. Field and political roles on Obama for America across five states. Special Projects Assistant in the United States Senate.
Master's thesis explored deliberative democracy: how online anonymity versus face-to-face dialogue shapes policy preference formation. Examined the tension between the "spiral of silence" in cohesive groups and the constructive compromise that emerges from structured deliberation. Applied these frameworks in policy roles at New Zealand Parliament and the U.S. Senate.
Building efficiency through automation and AI tooling (n8n, Claude, Vercel, Sigma) while designing workflows that surface complex concepts for non-technical teams. Translated 90-day gross margin projections and yield optimization metrics into digestible dashboards that account managers actually use.
My experience spans growth marketing, product, and operations. Different roles emphasize different facets, but they're all part of the same toolkit.
Product ownership of user journeys, LTV optimization, and experimentation. I build the systems that turn acquisition into sustainable value, not just the campaigns that drive traffic.
Deep expertise in multi-channel acquisition, budget management, and ROI optimization. Ten years of managing significant spend with rigorous attention to unit economics.
Cross-functional initiative leadership, building functions from zero, and driving outcomes through influence. The person you hand the company's hardest problems.
"When not optimizing funnels, you'll find me pulling espresso shots, dissecting precinct-level election returns, or chasing a soccer ball around a Long Beach pitch. I watch too much basketball and have a soft spot for historical maps."
